From the moment we are born, a countdown begins that sooner or later will have to end. What does that end mark?

At the end of last year, the WHO published a report on the 10 most frequent causes of death, causes that accounted for more than half of the 55 million deaths in 2019 worldwide.
Of all of them, today I want to tell you about the 3 most frequent causes of death.
What are these causes?
Or put another way, what do we die of the most?
Has this changed over the years?
Does the country where we are born influence our death?

I want you to ask yourself the following: if I ask you what are the most frequent causes of death, which ones come to mind?
Which ones have you thought about? Cancer? Traffic accidents? Infections?

Well, according to the report published by the WHO, the main causes of death can be attributed to three major issues:

  1. Cardiovascular diseases (those, that affect the heart and blood vessels),
  2. Respiratory diseases (those, that affect the lungs and blood vessels) and
